Antonov will buy a vacuum furnace from Poland’s Seco / Warwick for €1M.

The Polish company Seco / Warwick SA won the tender to supply a vacuum thermal furnace to the state enterprise, Antonov, with a bid of €960,000, according to GMK Center. The Polish company must supply a vacuum thermal furnace with numerical software for processing castings from VZHM-4 alloy by the end of 2022. The unit will produce aircraft engine parts such as the working blades for the first and second stages of the high-pressure turbine for VI-28 engines.
