An Italian packaging manufacturer is investing €12M to build a new plant in the Kyiv region.

Gualapack S.P.A. plans to develop a complex of industrial buildings covering approximately 10,000 square meters in the Bila Tserkva industrial park (Kyiv region). The plant, which previously operated in Sumy and was partly reestablished on leased premises in the Ternopil region, will be relocated to the new facility. The company employs around 300 people. The construction and installation of engineering networks are expected to take approximately one year. All structures will be built from scratch, tailored to each company’s infrastructure needs. Currently, the Bila Tserkva industrial park hosts 19 tenants.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian construction firm Automagistral-Pivden has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Italian infrastructure giant Webuild, which includes provisions for financing, engineering expertise, and modern technology for infrastructure projects in Ukraine. Additionally, the Ukrainian company has partnered with Italian firm Technital, known for designing infrastructure facilities.
