An Irish company invests €280M in a building materials plant in the Lviv region.
The Kingspan Group will build a building materials production plant in the Murovans’ka AH (Lviv region). The company will invest €280M in constructing an innovative, sustainable building materials campus, said the Executive Director of the Kingspan Group, Mike Stenson. The campus will include six production areas, including innovative insulation materials and solutions for central heating.
The main goal of the project is to create high-tech construction products with high-added value. The project is currently under development, and the construction of production facilities is planned in two phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2026. After all phases are put into operation, the campus will support 750 new jobs.
Kingspan began operating in Ukraine in 2005 and in the Lviv region in 2010. It manufactures building materials, operates in over 80 countries, and has over 210 factories. The company manufactures a range of high-tech materials that help create energy-efficient buildings and optimize the use of natural resources.
