An agricultural enterprise from the Ternopil region is investing over ₴82M in a grain elevator.

A private company, Ivanivske, in Ternopil has started constructing a large-scale infrastructure project with a total cost exceeding ₴82M ($2M), including nearly ₴8M in state compensation for interest on loans under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9 program. The new elevator will help increase the farm’s productivity by allowing it to efficiently receive, dry, and store grain. Currently, Ivanivske manages over 4,000 hectares of land, primarily growing winter wheat, sugar beets, and corn.
Meanwhile, the Topilche enterprise from Ternopil is also experiencing significant growth: Starting in 2000 with 300 hectares of land, it now cultivates nearly 2,000 hectares of leased farmland. The facility features a modern grain elevator with a capacity of 50,000 tons. Topilche focuses on growing grain and oilseed crops such as wheat, corn, rapeseed, sunflower, soybeans, barley, and peas. They also raise over 2,000 pigs. Last year, employing 38 people, the enterprise paid more than ₴10.5M in taxes.
