Agricultural land prices at auctions increased by 430%.

As of February 2, the starting price at auctions for the sale or lease of agricultural land in the Prozorro.Sales system increased by 430%. The bidding platform announced 2,552 auctions of agricultural land, of which 1,899 were for rent (with a total value of UAH36M) and 653 were for sale (with a total value of UAH 241M). The total area of all lots offered for lease is 15,838 hectares with an estimated total worth of UAH 71M ($2.49M). The total area of the plots put up for sale was 1,750 hectares; they are estimated to be worth UAH 966M ($33.9M), reported the Ministry of Agriculture.
