A Ukrainian recruiting startup has raised $2M from a Polish VC fund.

PeopleForce attracted a $2M investment from the Polish venture fund Pracuj Ventures. It is noted that these funds will be used to further develop HRM solutions and automate processes in human resources management and recruiting.

By leading the investment round, Pracuj Ventures will help PeopleForce expand its products and its presence in international markets, particularly in Poland and Latin America. PeopleForce technology optimizes HR processes at all stages of the work cycle, promoting a culture of high efficiency.

Founded in 2019 by Andrew Cetinic, PeopleForce already has over 800 customers in 25 countries worldwide, serving over 80,000 active users. Well-known companies such as Rakuten, BMW, Ajax Systems, and others appear in their portfolio.
