A parquet factory was sold 900% over the starting price, and the state is looking for an investor for a juice factory in Vinnytsia.

On January 23, the State Property Fund held an privatization auction for the parquet shop, which is on the balance sheet of the Kostopil Forest Farm. The plant was sold for ₴11.22M, with a starting price of ₴1.13M, according to Prozorro.Sale platform. The winner of the auction is the Lviv company, Alufinish Ukraine. A month ago, the same company won an auction to purchase a woodworking workshop in Kivertsi but was disqualified from ownership after refusing to pay for the asset.

On January 26, the State Property Fund invites investors to participate in the privatization auction for the property of the Brailiv Juice Factory in the Vinnytsia region. The assets include real estate, infrastructure, production equipment, tools, appliances, and furniture. The company is currently closed. The starting price is ₴333,300.
