A new law provides a 100% deposit guarantee during wartime.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed a law introducing a guarantee of return for bank deposits in the event of banks withdrawing from the market during martial law and for three months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
