A company from the Nova group issues another ₴290M in bonds; Nova Poshta increases parcel delivery by 15%.
NovaPay from the Nova Group of companies, which includes postal operator Nova Poshta, placed three more issues of bonds – series G, H, and I – for ₴290M ($6.9M). The 1 to 12-month issues have an interest rate of up to 18% per annum.
Previously, the company issued six series of corporate bonds for ₴100M each. In 2023, two bond issues were carried out – C and D – each for ₴800M ($20M), and in 2024, ₴1B in series E bonds were issued.
In addition, Nova Poshta increased its parcel delivery volume by 15% compared to 2023, to a record 486 million. Last year, the company opened almost 9,000 new branches and ATMs, increasing the number of service points to over 37,000.
The company also modernized and automated its infrastructure to hasten operations. In particular, the private postal company purchased the first 50 electric bicycles for couriers in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, and Odesa to speed up delivery by 25%. The company plans to scale the project to all of Ukraine.
