Several new plants are planned to be launched in Ukraine’s industrial parks.

In August, USP Panels intends to open a sandwich panel production plant in the Formatsia.Lviv industrial park, which has entered the final stage of constructing the first-phase intra-site networks. The premises are 85% complete, and the project, along with site improvements, is scheduled for completion by the end of August 2025. USP Panels is already receiving and installing equipment in the industrial park. The USP plant in Ternopil has been producing sandwich panels since 2006, with a capacity of about 200,000 square meters per month.

Additionally, companies producing plastic water bottle caps and a metalworking plant are preparing to move into the new facility.

The construction of a new site where the Pozhmashyna company will manufacture specialized equipment is currently at the foundation stage.

Furthermore, Bio Thermo Pak, which primarily produces paper and cardboard, joined the Teofopil Eco Park industrial park (Khmelnytskyi region), which was registered in December 2024. The total capital investment in the development of the facilities within the park are estimated at approximately UAH 2.43B ($58M). The park’s concept also includes production of biogas, bioethanol, bioplastics, food products, and alternative energy.
