A new McDonald’s restaurant with an area of 465 square meters has opened in Kyiv. This is the chain’s 109th establishment that is currently operating in Ukraine out of a total 124 existing locations.
The Faino Market chain has expanded its presence to five regions, opening its first store, with an area of 500 square meters, in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
In turn, grocery retailer Varus recently opened three new stores – one in Odesa and two in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Varus currently has 112 supermarkets in Ukraine.
Also, Mandarin Plaza Group plans to launch the Ocean Mall, a large shopping mall in the capital, in the winter of 2025. The total area of the shopping mall is 300,000 square meters, and it will house over 800 stores.
As well, the National Securities Commission reported that Agromat, a company engaged in producing and selling ceramic tiles and sanitary ware, has fully placed a public issue of three-year series I bonds for ₴100M ($2.5M). The funds will be used to expand the company’s retail network.
