In October, Ukraine exported goods worth $3.8B, a record for the year.

Last month, Ukraine exported goods worth more than $3.8B, 18.7% more than in September. This is the highest indicator for 2024 so far. Since the beginning of the year, the export of goods has reached almost $34.6B.

A significant October increase in exports became possible due to rising supplies of agricultural products, which increased in value by 32.3% and in weight by 33.8%. It is predicted that this year’s exports in monetary terms will exceed last year’s figures, when $36.2B worth of goods were exported. In October, Ukraine exported $2.38B worth of goods to EU countries, 15.8% more than in September.

It is worth noting that the EU is the leading importer of Ukrainian honey, with a 28% share of the bloc countries’s consumption. In the first half of the year, Ukraine supplied 40,600 tons of honey worth $70.7M to the EU market.
