A Ukrainian hotel operator plans to add 10 new development projects.

The founder of Ribas Hotels Group, Artur Lupashko, said: “Ribas currently has 54 hotels under management and construction. Another six projects are at the signing stage. This is not only Bukovel but also Lutsk, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv and the region, as well as Kyiv and the region. We are working on new projects in Dnipro and Odesa as well.”

According to him, the hotels under construction will be sold under the brands Ribas, Ribas Rooms, and WOL Home + Hotel, and a global brand in the upscale segment will be involved in one project. The company’s portfolio includes 27 projects at the design and construction stage, of which 21 are in Ukraine and six are outside Ukraine. In 2024, the operator plans to attract 10 new development projects.
