In May, the state earned almost UAH 704M from privatization.
According to the State Property Fund, 339 entrepreneurs participated in 48 auctions. Among the largest auctioned lots are the Korostyshiv distillery, the Kyiv Arsenal premises, and the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting motor vehicle enterprise.
The Hermitage Hotel in Kyiv also got a new owner, the winning bid for which was the highest since the resumption of privatization in September 2022, UAH 311M. For the Kyiv Electronmash plant, an investor offered UAH 120M.
This week, the Ukraine State Property Fund plans to hold 17 privatization auctions to sell the Bilhorod-Dniester sea trade port, the ship Chisty, and a group of inventory objects in the Volyn region. All funds earned from privatization go to support the defense forces.
