The new Toloka investment syndicate plans to invest $250,000 to $1.5M in startups.

A syndicate of private investors Igor Shoifot (TMT Investments), Taras Kyrychenko (Nova Poshta), and Oleksandr Kolb (Promodo) have formed a new project. Their project aims to help investors increase their capital and diversify investment portfolios worldwide, as well as promote the growth of the startup ecosystem in Ukraine and beyond.

Toloka.vc will invest in startups that have already released a product, have a certain number of users/consumers, have month-on-month revenue growth, and operate in global markets. This will minimize the risks to investors and increase the chances of a profitable exit.

The syndicate will invest in Ukrainian and foreign startups, but priority will be given to Ukrainians. The syndicate plans to make one or two monthly investments in its first year of operation.
