The Louvre Hotels Group chain will open an aparthotel in Lviv.

The aparthotel project is part of the modern multifunctional complex Kristal Plaza (Lviv), which is amember of the Ukrainian Hotel & Resort Association (UHRA), and is in the final stage of signing a franchise agreement with the international hotel chain Louvre Hotels Group, said the UHRA press service.

The Louvre Hotels Group believes in the Ukrainian hotel market’s rapid recovery after victory  in the war, especially in Lviv, Kyiv, Bukovel, and Ivano-Frankivsk, then Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia.

According to UHRA, during this difficult time the Louvre Hotels Group made a conscious decision at the board of directors level at the end of last year to support Ukrainian hotel developers with contributions to their projects. The first of Louvre Hotels Group’s projects in Ukraine will be an apartment hotel as part of Kristal Plaza. It is scheduled to open at the end of 2023 under the Tulip Residences brand.
