There are no concrete agreements on negotiations to unblock grain exports.

So far, no concrete agreements have been reached on holding quadripartite talks with Ukraine, Russia, Türkiye`, and the United Nations to resolve the issue of grain exports from Ukrainian seaports blocked by Russia, stated Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Nikolenko. “Ukraine welcomes the efforts of the UN Secretary-General to resolve the issue of exporting grain from the Ukrainian seaports blocked by Russia. Expert consultations between stakeholders are ongoing. However, no concrete agreements have been reached,” Nikolenko said. Earlier this week, Turkish officials said they had reached an agreement with the Russian Federation. However, Ukraine and the UN have never confirmed this information.
