About 100 civilians evacuated from Mariupol’s Azovstal.

 More than 100 civilians were evacuated from Mariupol yesterday as part of the special Evacuation of the Azovstal operation. On April 30, the command of the Azov Regiment, which defends Mariupol, reported that 20 women and children had been evacuated from the plant. There are about 1,000 civilians and Ukrainian soldiers on the Azovstal plant territory, including about 600 wounded. The Head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, said that this evacuation from the Azovstal plant is only the first stage, and that civilians and soldiers will continue to be taken away.
