The Ukraine land market is open during the war and is holding land auctions.

 More than 5,000 online land sales and lease auctions have been announced in the Prozorro.sales system. The total value of all lots is UAH 1.4B ($43M). Of the 5,000 auctions announced, almost 1,800 are for land sales, and more than 3,200 are for rent. As of April 28, almost 1,700 land auctions have been completed in the system, and another 320 auctions are at the stage of concluding contracts. The average rate of competition in the auction is 3.4 participants. The top 5 in terms of starting price of land include Lviv, Kyiv, Zakarpattia, Odesa, and the Volyn regions. During the war, due to successfully completed land auctions, the budget received almost UAH 96 M at various levels.
