The government has decided to simplify all customs procedures.

“We aim to create the fastest customs in the world without any paperwork,” said the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denis Shmyhal.  There will no longer be VAT, duty, and customs payments immediately after the adoption and entry into force of amendments to the customs and tax codes. Those who want to stay in the standard system pay only VAT, and such clearance should not take more than 15 minutes. Those who just want to bring goods into Ukraine without any customs clearance simply fill out the GTD declaration in advance and enter Ukraine. Cargo will go through the border without any obstacles.
