Ukraine will receive €4M from Finland.

Finland has decided to provide Ukraine with the additional financial assistance of €4M, said the Finnish Foreign, Minister Pekka Haavisto. Of this amount, €3M is for development cooperation, and €1M is for humanitarian aid. Allocations for development cooperation will increase funding for the Council of Europe Action Program for Ukraine, already supported by Finland. The program focuses on strengthening human rights, the rule of law, and democracy and supports the country’s reforms and priorities.
