The First Deputy Prime Minister, Yulia Sviridenko, announced a large-scale overhaul of public property. “No more than 100 companies will remain at the level of ministries. The largest of them will be subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers”, said Sviridenko. She also confirmed her intentions to complete the “triage” of state companies started in 2017. This process will divide enterprises into working and non-working. Working ones should remain in state ownership, and those that are not should be sold,” said the Minister.
