The price of plots at electronic land auctions is growing by an average of 217%, said the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Roman Leshchenko. He noted that the transparency of land relations is ensured through land auctions in the electronic system Prozorro.Sales. To date, 1,542 auctions have been announced, and 8,000 hectares of land plots in various regions of Ukraine with a total value of UAH 570 mln ($21 mln) have been put up for lease or alienation. The minister said that the price per hectare grew by 217%, with an average price of almost UAH 40,000 ($1470).
