Zelenskyy met with world leaders in Vilnius: Australia is providing 30 Bushmasters, Germany and the Netherlands are strengthening Ukraine’s air defense, and Canada offers armored vehicles.
According to the Ukrainian president, Australia is giving Ukraine 30 Bushmaster armored personnel carriers as part of a new aid package. The total number of Bushmasters provided to Ukraine now reaches 120 units.
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak promised Zelenskyy his strong support for Ukraine’s accession to NATO and security guarantees.
During the second day of the summit, the Ukrainian leader also met with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, where Scholz agreed to supply additional Patriot launchers and missiles for Ukraine.
Also, after meeting Zelenskyy Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau promised to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine with armored vehicles.
Meetings with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, made it clear that his country will help strengthen Ukrainian air defense and artillery capabilities.
