With Luhansk region suffering some of the nation’s worst roads

, Ukravtodor is repairing and rebuilding about 525 km of roads. This is four times the amount spent on road construction and repairs over the last decade, wrote Alexander Kubrakov, Infrastructure Minister, on Facebook after a driving tour of the Donbas.
