two bills are before the Rada to limit electric vehicles – scooters, Segways, and unicycles – to bicycle lanes or the edges of streets. Riders must be 16 years or older, wear a helmet and ride alone. Violator would incur a fine of $9.30. Riding while drunk would risk a fine of $18.60.
