The state company Ukrenergo has returned to operation almost 60% of the destroyed infrastructure of the leading networks in the Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Mykolaiv regions, and plans to complete the main work in early May. “This guarantees a reliable energy supply for almost 3 million consumers. All work will be completed by early May,” said the chairman of NEC Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytsky. According to him, most of the work on restoring main networks was carried out in the Chernihiv and Kyiv regions, which were wholly liberated from the occupiers two weeks ago.
