Ukrainians can control state spending on the construction and reconstruction of Ukraine.

The government will be publishing information on estimated documentation on the Unified State Electronic System’s portal regarding construction, Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov said.

“From now on, when uploading a construction project into the system, a detailed estimated cost is mandatory,” the minister explained. He added that information about this can be found in the relevant section of the electronic system.

According to the head of the Infrastructure Reconstruction and Development Agency, Mustafa Nayyem, everyone can check and compare the prices of materials, the cost of the equipment involved, and the costs of projects under development by any government customer. As a result, this should increase transparency for state contractors, project organizations, and expertise.
