Ukrainian truckers will receive 12,000 Lithuanian permits.

Ukraine and Lithuania have not yet agreed on a quota of permits for 2022. Still, to prevent the suspension of road traffic between the countries, both sides signed an agreement to exchange 10,000 universal permits and 2,000 permits for transportation to and from third countries. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, this number of permits must be submitted to the Embassy of Ukraine in Vilnius no later than by the end of this week.
