Ukrainian-Russian talks will take place at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul.

 The start of the meeting is scheduled for 10.30 this morning. Before the meeting, the negotiating teams from Ukraine and Russia will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The negotiations between the two groups will take place in a closed format in the office of the President of Turkey at the Dolmabahçe Palace. Turkish media reports that the Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul at about 16.00 yesterday.
