Ukrainian real estate developer is launching two new projects in Kyiv.
Construction company Intergal-Bud announced the launch of two new projects with a total area of about 190,000 square meters that will break ground by the end of 2024, said Anna Laevska, Intergal-Bud’s commercial director.
She clarified that these projects include another phase of the Yaskravy residential complex and a new project on Prychalna Street, on the capital’s left bank. Within Yaskravy, plans include the reconstruction of the shopping center on Polyarna Street, along with the creation of a residential area. Laevska also announced a McDonald’s at this location, with which a preliminary lease agreement has already been signed. As a result of the project’s implementation, about 50,000 square meters of housing will be built. Construction should start by the end of September.
The second new project is Prychalna, which has an area of about 140,000 square meters, including parking. There, designers are working on the planned commercial area and infrastructure, particularly a private school.
