Ukrainian Railways has launched an application for ticket sales.

Now, you can buy a ticket without additional fees or return it with a few clicks. As well, the Ukrzaliznytsia application also allows users to receive train and track notifications and provides access to a personal account with travel history and passenger data. In addition, passengers can pay for tickets directly through the mobile application with a digital card with Apple Pay and Google Pay or by entering bank card details, with the option to save them, in the payment application. According to Ukrzaliznytsia, the next stage of digitization will be developing a new website for on-board services, including booking carriage cars, searching for lost items, lounge reservations, etc.
