Ukrainian Parliament supported the general bill № 3790 on improving the mechanism of transparency in the extractive industries

The main norms of the draft Law envisage the implementation in Ukraine of the provisions of the updated International Standard of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, which was approved worldwide in 2019. This means that extractive industries will disclose even more information about their production activities, which will help attract investment, develop the sector, and debunk existing myths about oil and gas production.
