Ukrainian Ciklum has acquired a Polish developer of digital solutions as part of its scaling efforts.

Ciklum has purchased the Polish GoSolve Group, which creates solutions for companies in the healthcare, fintech, and corporate sectors. This deal strengthens Ciklum’s position in Eastern Europe, adds about 150 specialists to the team in Poland – where GoSolve Group’s headquarters are located – and accelerates the Ukrainian company’s expansion into the US market.
GoSolve Group operates in various cities across Poland and in the Indian city of Pune. Its specialists engage in the full development cycle using the Go programming language, including engineering, testing, product management, and support. The company’s main clients are businesses in the healthcare and retail sectors, areas where Ciklum already has expertise.
“GoSolve’s deep expertise in Go and high-performance systems enables us to build next-generation AI solutions, scale development, and achieve greater efficiency through optimized code,” Ciklum said in a statement.
Ciklum currently employs a team of over 4,000 engineers, designers, and consultants, building digital products for more than 250 companies.
