Ukrainian business receive constant support to keep the economy alive.

According to the Ministry of Economy, another 323 Ukrainians will receive UAH 77M worth of microgrants from the state for starting and developing businesses under the Own Business program. Since the beginning of the year 1,555 entrepreneurs will receive microgrants worth almost UAH 370M. By implementing their business projects they will create 3,400 workplaces. In total, more than 11,000 jobs will be created.

In addition, over 400 entrepreneurs received a total of UAH 1.8B in loans last week under the government program Affordable Loans 5-7-9%. Since the beginning of the year, banks have issued 8,500 loans to businesses totaling UAH 30B, and since February 2020, 61,600 loans for UAH 197B were issued.

Also, during the first four months of the year, partner banks of the Export Credit Agency issued 20 new loans for UAH 95.7M. From the start of the exporter support program until May 1, 67 loans for UAH 385.4M were issued.
