Ukraine’s top construction companies’ revenue increased by 41% last year, while profit rose by 60%.

The top ten companies in the construction sector generated over ₴49B in revenue in 2024, which is 41% more than in 2023. The combined profit of the industry leaders surged by 60%, reaching ₴3.09B ($74M).

A significant portion of the leaders’ income comes from five companies specializing in road construction, accounting for 75% or ₴36.9B. Four additional companies focus on residential and non-residential building construction, contributing 20% of revenue. One company in the ranking operates in the niche of exploratory drilling.

For the third consecutive year, the top three leaders of the Construction Industry Index have remained virtually unchanged. The clear leader is Automagistral-Pivden from Odesa which earned ₴13.2B (27% of the total revenue from the top companies), which is 60% higher than in 2023, with a record profit of ₴1.36B. In second place is Vinnytsia’s Avtostrada, which earned ₴10.8B (+30%) and increased its profit by 60% to ₴74.6M. Third place goes to Odesa’s Rostdorstroy, which increased its revenue by 15% (to ₴6.85B), although its profit fell by 25%. ONUR Construction International and Ateliers de France occupy the fourth and fifth positions, respectively.
