Ukraine wants to partner with Senegal to create an African agriculture hub.

According to the Minister of Agriculture, Mykola Solskyi, who visited Senegal, Ukraine is ready to increase the export volume of agricultural products and to consider the possibility of implementing new logistics projects in Senegal. The creation of an agricultural hub in the sea port of Dakar will contribute to the predictability of product availability and the stabilization of food prices for African countries and add confidence in the necessary volumes and quality of grain. Solsky visited the port of Dakar, where 95% of the country’s food is imported into the country. Representatives of Senegal have expressed interest in such cooperation and are ready to consider the possibility of implementing joint logistics projects.
