Ukraine received 1.6 million rounds of ammunition through the Czech initiative, and Ukroboronprom is broadening its list of European partners.


The Czech Republic will continue its initiative to supply Ukraine with artillery ammunition, through which Kyiv has already received 1.6 million shells. This initiative is funded at least until April, and the Czech Republic is actively seeking additional resources.
Meanwhile, Friedrich Merz, the Christian Democratic Union’s candidate for Chancellor of Germany, announced his readiness to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with Taurus long-range missiles following a possible electoral victory, but only in collaboration with Britain and France.
In addition, the Ukrainian Defense Industry signed a memorandum of understanding with Danish radar station manufacturer Weibel Scientific. This cooperation will allow technical maintenance services for radar solutions in Ukraine to be established, joint development of new technologies, and the creation of a joint venture.
Furthermore, the Ukrainian Defense Industry has signed a memorandum to establish a joint venture with French company Thales International SAS, which will focus on developing advanced technological solutions for enhancing air defense, radar, electronic warfare equipment, and more.
