Ukraine real estate developers will launch several shopping malls in Kyiv.


Next year, A Development will open two shopping complexes in Kyiv: The White Lines shopping mall and the A-Station passage. The White Lines shopping mall will open in early 2026, covering an area of 28,000 square meters, with a current occupancy rate of 60%. Meanwhile, the A-Station passage will be launched in the first quarter of 2026 and span 1,000 square meters, alongside a 6,000 square meter passage with shops and cafes. There will be terraces for restaurants on the roof, and four floors of the complex will house offices occupying 9,000 square meters.
Additionally, this fall in Kyiv, there are plans to launch the largest commercial real estate project since the war began, the Ocean Mall shopping and entertainment center, with investment exceeding $400M. It will stand as the largest shopping center to open in the market during the war years, boasting a total area of 300,000 square meters and a rental area of 117,000.
Furthermore, in Chernivtsi a large shopping center, Bukovyna Mall, is set to open in November or December of this year, with renovation work already underway at the site, designated for the shopping center.
