Ukraine plans to produce 30,000 long-range drones in 2025, with support from European partners through investment.

Oleksandr Kamyshin, Advisor to the President of Ukraine on Strategic Issues, stated that the country has significantly increased its production of long-range UAVs and aims to manufacture 30,000 in 2025.
Meanwhile, Dutch investment company NUNC Capital is initiating a €20M venture fund to invest in new Ukrainian defense technologies, particularly in electronic warfare and UAVs. The objective is to establish a “strategic bridge” between European defense markets and Ukraine’s innovative defense technology ecosystem.
Additionally, Denmark has allocated DKK 300M (€40M) for an innovation fund designed to accelerate Ukraine’s technological advancement on the battlefield. This fund will focus on various technological areas, including electronic warfare and drones.
Sweden will contribute approximately €7.2M (SEK 80M) for coalitions working on demining and unmanned technologies.
As part of the Czech initiative to supply ammunition to Ukraine, plans are in place to deliver at least 1.5 million artillery shells this year, similar to last year’s efforts.
