Ukraine plans to introduce several new agricultural products to the Chinese market.
The subcommittee on Ukrainian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation discussed the prospects of bringing new goods to the Chinese market by the end of the year, announced the Ukrainian government.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the necessary steps for mutual trade, especially the opening of new product positions for the export of Ukrainian goods, in particular honey, flour, fish products, poultry meat, peas, fresh blueberries, and livestock fodder.
Today, more than 900 Ukrainian enterprises are allowed to export their products to China, including corn producers – 227 enterprises, milk, and dairy products – 35, soybeans – 55, barley – 51, meal and pulp – 48, beef – 6 and frozen blueberries and blueberries – 10.
As a result of the meeting, parties will prepare to sign protocols for exporting Ukrainian goods by the end of the year and the beginning of the exchange of experience between veterinary specialists in Ukraine and China.
