Ukraine is working to create the Defense Industry Alliance with the West.

“Our state will organize a serious international event to accomplish this,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba. The purpose of this alliance is to support the defense of Ukraine and the countries planning to join it. From Ukraine, the Strategic Industries Ministry and Ukroboronprom will take part in it.

According to Kuleba, the Defense Industry Alliance will allow three main tasks to be solved. First, to ensure the stability of supplies so that Ukraine systematically receives artillery shells, spare parts, and new equipment from partners. Second, to integrate Ukraine’s military-industrial complex into the Western defense industry to take advantage of Western technologies. Lastly, to establish new modern military innovation for Ukraine: drones, production of precision projectiles, etc.
