Ukraine is successfully counterattacking and destroying enemy equipment in the Russian Federation.
According to BILD analysts, the Ukrainian military counterattacked in Vovchansk and retook several blocks.
“Only 25% of the city’s territory is under unequivocal Russian control compared to 50% a week ago. The Russians are losing ground in Vovchansk and are increasingly resorting to the destruction of the city with rocket launchers, heavy artillery, and aerial bombs dropped from a distance,” analysts noted.
It is also reported that the occupier’s progress has become slower in its other directions of advancement.
Notably, the Armed Forces of Ukraine used the HIMARS artillery system to strike S-300/400 anti-aircraft missile systems in the Belgorod region. In particular, the strike was carried out on one of the locations of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. As a result of the attack, Ukraine destroyed an ammunition depot, which led to the death of the secretary of the district security council, wounding of the heads of the administration and rural settlements, and three servicemen.
Also, a series of successful strikes by the Special Operation Forces destroyed the enemy’s state-of-the-art Kasta-2E2 radar station.
