Ukraine is represented at a food exhibition in Germany by 23 companies; organic exports to the EU increased by 13% over the year.

On February 14, the largest international exhibition of organic food products, BioFach 2023, started in Nuremberg, Germany. Ukraine is represented by a national pavilion with a total area of 188 square meters, where 23 participating companies exhibit their products. Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy Taras Vysotskyi, speaking at the exhibition’s opening, said that despite the war Ukraine exported 225,814 tons of organic products to the EU and Switzerland in 2022, which is 13% more than in 2021.
