Ukraine is ready to use the EU electronic waybill.

Ukraine was selected to participate in the EU4Digital pilot project. Ukraine envisages joining the EU’s unified electronic waybill system, e-CMR.
Electronic TTN is already being implemented in Ukraine and is currently being tested. It is noted that the transition to the electronic system will have a positive economic effect – electronic invoices are cheaper than paper ones, and an environmental effect – the elimination of paper documents will contribute to the preservation of the environment.
Another advantage of the e-TTN system in Ukraine is its ongoing initial development, done in consideration of European data exchange standards. This will make integration with the European e-CMR system easier.
A working group has been formed in Ukraine to develop a road map for the launch of accompanying electronic documents for cargo transportation in 2023.
