Ukraine is prepared for a full ceasefire, although Romania and Bulgaria are concerned about a naval ceasefire.

Ukraine unconditionally backs the notion of a complete ceasefire with Russia, which would extend beyond the month-long truce currently being negotiated in the energy infrastructure sector, stated Ukrainian Ambassador to the US Oksana Markarova.
“We need Russia to agree to this as well. After all, it takes two to tango,” Markarova said after US and Russian officials wrapped up 12 hours of talks in Saudi Arabia on Monday.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday the Ukrainian and American delegations conducted another round of discussions following Sunday’s meeting. According to US President Trump, the US is engaging with Ukraine on a broad array of issues. Among other topics, the potential transfer of Ukrainian power plants to American companies is under consideration.
“We are discussing territory, demarcation lines, electricity, and ownership of power plants,” he remarked.
Meanwhile, Romania and Bulgaria have expressed opposition to allowing the Russian fleet back into the Black Sea as part of the truce, arguing that the agreement could benefit Moscow and pose a threat to their national security.
