Ukraine has invested more than €600M on the modernization of the energy system.

In preparation for synchronization with ENTSO-E, Ukraine has invested more than €600M to modernize the energy system, said Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko. We are currently in the final stage. We plan an isolated regime twice this year, in winter and summer. After that, we will show that the energy system is ready to unite, said Galushchenko at a briefing in Brussels after meeting with EU Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson.
