Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal says that Ukraine has already received more than $3B in international financial support, and another $10B is being negotiated. The Prime Minister also noted that authorities are working to restore Ukraine in three steps. “The first is a competent calculation of all our people’s losses and our current state resulting from this aggression. The second is the freezing and seizure of all Russian funds and assets abroad. The third is the accumulation of funds raised by our partners in the Reconstruction Fund of Ukraine,” he added. Shmyhal stressed that this is a new plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine, which will unite the world’s countries, from the United States to Japan, from Australia to Canada.
