Ukraine freight traffic numbers for 2021 have mixed results.

According to the state statistical service, 2021 freight traffic in Ukraine increased by 3.3% compared to 2020,  to 619.9 million tons. Transport by rail increased 2.9% to 314.3 million tons, and transport by road increased by 16.2% to 222.6 M tons. However, freight traffic decreased by water by 4.8% to 5.3 million tons, aviation by 7.3%to 100,000 tons, and by pipeline 20.4% to 77.6 million tons.
