said the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Olga Stefanishina. One example of such lines is the agreement between Russia and Hungary on gas supplies bypassing Ukrainian territory. Ukraine is monitoring the process and is trying to understand whether the agreement is a “red line”. According to Stefanishina, it is clear that for American and German partners the direct threat of termination of contracts and the requirement of transit bypassing Ukraine, unreasonable gas prices – this is not a “red line” and not an element of a hybrid war.
